Is this just within ActivInspire that you have only 1 touch? Please ensure that there is nothing placed around the frame of your ActivBoard such as pieces of paper or any sticky notes that could be recognised as a touch input from the IR sensor.
If you still have any issues I would recommend contacting Promethean Technical Support direct for further assistance. What version of ActivInspire are you using? If you are using a version older than 2.
Your settings for ActivInspire appear to be correct for what we recommend for your model of ActivBoard. Does the Windows computer work with 2 touches within ActivInspire? Since updating the Firmware on this ActivBoard, has any attempt been made to calibrate using the ActivManager?
If so, what were the results? Does the same lack of response occur when any other user accounts are logged in to this computer or if a temporarily-created default User or Admin account is signed in? If there is another ActivBoard of the same model elsewhere in that location, connect this computer to that Board; are you similarly unable to perform any interactions in Inspire or other software using touch input?
