I didn't apply manual traffic routing prior to the incident, although I tried manual port forwarding for Transmission in my attempt to solve the problem. Because this approach was unsuccessful, I reverted back to UPnP automatic port forwarding.

If the buttons are not intuitive then you'd need to look up the monitor's Manual on it's manufacturer's Support Downloads web page to read how.
These are not usually hard to find if it's a known brand. Not all monitors have a reset to Default. You need to tinker with the color settings to see if they change anything. But if it works with HDMI connection and you have already tried all other drivers then the port may be the problem.
