You can choose to see every app or just ones that you've removed from your iPhone but in either case the list will be unmanageably long. Be careful not to tap because then you'll go into the detailed description page for it and will have to come back out. When you swipe, you get the Hide button in red. Tap that and the app vanishes immediately.
